HR Manager is responsible for partnering with teams on all activities from employee relations, performance management and compensation, organization support, talent acquisition, learning and development. The successful candidate serves as a forward-thinking leader, responsible for identifying, developing and implementing key human resources initiatives that enhances the success of our business substantially.

The Human Resources Manager demonstrates sound moral character and judgment: decisions come from a fact-based and informed position. S/he possesses outstanding skills of influence and diplomacy and shall be challenging, proactive, courageous and inspiring. Qualifications for HR Manager

      Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related area.
      Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge in organizational development, change management, employee relations, performance management, talent and leadership development.
      Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies and programs in a complex environment at the most senior levels of an organization
      Demonstrated competence in organizational development, coaching, compensation, and employee relations.
      Demonstrated competencies: Passion for Results (including decisiveness and sense of urgency), Building and Maintaining High Performing Organizations, Compelling Communication and Influence Skills (including written, verbal and presentation skills, emotional intelligence, teaming/collaboration, and executive presence), and Business Acumen (including being naturally data-driven, strategic thinking, and operational excellence).
      Manage and monitor all insurance and benefit programs as they relate to benefit plan design, administration, and provider services; cost to the company and value added benefits. Continually evaluate current plan design against new options, which may be available to continue to provide competitive and appropriate benefit programs consistent with the company’s financial objectives.
      Develop, organize and implement training and develop programs, outlets, and resources for ongoing development planning needs to address skill gap identification as part of the development process.
      Direct the compensation and performance management process to reward and retain people who make and can continue to make valuable contributions to the company.
      Responsible for continual development and structuring the organization to grow and adapt to the changes in the business industry. Acts as the catalyst for change management and provides leadership in these initiatives.
      Responsible for remaining current on all regulatory and legal changes regarding HR compliance and requirements, and the subsequent compliance with such.
      Responsible for attracting, recruiting and staffing the organization with high performance individuals who can understand how their responsibilities impact the business.
